JANAE ADAMS

Janae Adams is originally from Minnesota. However, she lives in Northern Colorado where she has settled with her family. She enjoys the outdoors and teaching others about her passion for landscape and horticulture. Janae is an Irrigation Designer for Aqua Engineering. She joined the team in August of 2023. She holds a BS in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University. Janae brings 10 years of horticultural, landscape installation and construction management experience to Aqua Engineering inc.! Additionally, Janae previously owned her own construction company for over 10 years. While in the landscape construction business, Janae became interested and passionate about irrigation design and installation. She expanded her business to include the design and installation of rain gardens, irrigation systems, and xeric planting plans. Her responsibilities at Aqua Engineering inc. include irrigation design and layout, conducting water and hydraulic calculations/ modeling, and construction observation services for residential developments, schools, and city parks. Additionally, Janae is passionate and experienced in water audit and assessments for Northern Colorado Communities. Through these water audits and assessments, Janae provides the community with conservation recommendations to increase water savings through water management/scheduling and the improvement of irrigation systems. Janae enjoys collaborating with a wide range of professionals to produce quality services to clients. Her passion for learning and water wise irrigation is exhibited as she works towards irrigation certifications including the CLIA and CID.
